Review by: LauraMakes yummy cream of broccoli soupIt's so easy and so delicious to make cream of broccoli soup. I bought the smallest bag and I feel like I've made at least 4 pots of soup with it. Maybe 5. I'm a fan!

Review by: David~ One of my Favorite Foods done acceptably ~Anyone who prepares fresh broccoli knows what a chore it is to remove all of those many pesky tough spots. This broccoli is a good illustration of this. Mighty flavorful, though there are some tough pieces (inspect visually and pick out the few brown pieces). This product is quite fine-sized pieces too, so much so that I had to re-hydrate a bit of them to even be certain they're broccoli, and they certainly are. Wonderful flavor, lots of Vitamin A, C, and iron. A very healthy food for my regular soups and stews, making use of this product about half of my days. Am overall satisfied and have made multiple purchases with more to come.

Review by: NurseSnappyGreat ProductWe have had a great time finding ways to use this product. It tastes great and is nutritious. The smell when you first open the bag is refreshing and clean. We have placed repeated orders for this broccoli in the 1.5 pound bag and have no problem adding it to pretty much everything!

Review by: NurseSnappyLove ThisOur first order from NBT has turned out to be one of the best finds in a long time. The broccoli is perfect for casseroles, rice and soup. Mix these with the dried potatoes and cheese sauce and they are scrumptious. Was very surprised at the quantity in the 1.5 pound bag and even more surprised by how quickly we went through that. We will definitely be ordering again.

Review by: DonnaMcClureI love this broccoliI add this to the 32 bean soup mix for a little extra green stuff. It adds just the right touch of flavor and nutrition. Dried broccoli goes great with rice or in a cheesy-rice casserole too. I keep finding new ways to use it!
