Review by: David~ Wonderful Addition to Stews, Casseroles, and Omelets ~Have been using the Air Dried Green and Red Bell Pepper mix weekly for quite a while, though whenever wanting spicier fare then these Jalapeno Peppers are mixed with the others half and half. Love them! Just as with the red and green mix, these are loaded with Vitamin C as well as a good amount of Vitamin A, and are just as flavorful as their tamer relations. Plenty spicy without needing a fire extinguisher.

Review by: Steiny47Love these peppers!I rehydrate them in vinegar and have them in the refrigerator. I add to salad, soup and just about everything. They are delicious! Just be prepared to cover nose and mouth if transferring to smaller containers...

Review by: macavity20excellent productI use these to add a touch of heat to multiple dishes,
ranging from rice to soups to tomatoe sauce and on
and on. They are definitely hot but not overwhelmingly so
and degree is easily adjusted by changing amount used, I use
generally about 1/2 tsp per 16 oz of liquid. Much better than
canned, which usually come in either a vinegary liquid or water,
which I do not want to add to my dishes. Also very convenient
for a single person, since they do not spoil, which is a problem
with an opened can or jar. I love and recommend this product.(Posted on

Review by: ElaineSo much more convenient than canned!Okay, maybe I'm a baby when it comes to hot foods, because these seem pretty spicy to me. I love putting a teaspoon into things like Indian dishes, chili, or anything where a kick of chili pepper is called for. Just take care when grinding these! Be sure to wear eye and nose protection, because the dust is potent!

Review by: BevJalapeño peppersWhat a great product ! I rehydrated this jalapeno to add to tuna salad to zip it up. Saved some to add to a grilled cheese sandwich .. yummy. Have used in meatloaf and mixed in to refried beans for some desired hotness.

Review by: BLTBold and DeliciousThese peppers are great added to chili, stew, Mexican and other dishes. I love spicy and this certainly passes the test. I use several tbsp per crock of whatever I'm cooking...rice, soups, stews, etc. A pinch in salsa left overnight in the fridge turns up the heat. Awesome product. 4 ounces lasts me through the fall and winter seasons.

Review by: JesseHot & freshI'm a bit of a pepper fiend. I'm not sure where these land on the Scoville scale, but they are a pleasure to cook with and a joy to eat!

Review by: chemist momFantastic productSee my other review of these peppers. I forgot to add, that if you are going to a big box and repackage this, please use a dust mask, and goggles. The dust that becomes airborne while transferring the dried peppers is quite corrosive, and made me cough and my eyes water. It does not affect the product quality, and it will make your job more enjoyable and safe as you repackage it.

Review by: chemist momFantastic productI tried these for the first time this year, and I am very pleased with this product. Good color, and fresh, hot flavor. I bought 2.5 pounds, and it filled 6 quart jars, with half a pint left over. I will order these jalapeno peppers again.
