Review by: KarenWorth waiting forThese mushroom chips make a rich stock for soups, stews, sauces or casseroles.
Mine were due for delivery on 5 February--but FedEx (or the driver) decided the snow was too bad. The FedEx warehouse sat on this box for 11 days! Wimpy drivers, all! Greggar kept in touch until the package finally made its way to my door. Well, worth waiting for, too.(Posted on

Rehydration Ratio — 1 lb of air dried champignon mushrooms, once rehydrated, equals approximately 5 lbs of fresh prepared champignon mushrooms.
Storage — Best if used within 18 months. Store tightly sealed in a dry location away from sunlight.
