1/3 Cup Tomato Powder
1/4 Cup Dehydrated Onions
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Sausage
1/2 Cup Dried Pasta
1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Mushrooms
Bag Ingredients;
1/3 Cup Freeze Dried Mozzarella (or some other cheese)
Layer ingredients in a wide mouth pint sized jar, shaking the dry powder ingredients into the bulkier items. In a small zip bag, add mozzarella and twist close the seal, adding it to the jar on top of the other ingredients. Vacuum package and label.
Remove the bag and empty the contents of the jar into a skillet or pot with 2 1/4 cups of water. Cover and simmer 15 – 20 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce is thick. Empty the bag of cheese in a bowl and spray lightly with water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Uncover cooked pasta mixture. Top with cheese. Cover again and allow cheese to melt for about 5 minutes

Easy to Prepare
- Add dried mushroom while slow cooking soups, stews, sauces, casseroles and other foods with sufficient liquid content.
- For most other applications, hydrate using 1 part dried mushroom and 4 parts water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add additional water if necessary.
Yield — 1 oz equals about 1 3/4 cup dry. Generally, air dried vegetables double in volume when hydrated.
Rehydration Ratio — 1 lb of air dried sliced champignon mushrooms, once rehydrated, equals approximately 5 lbs of fresh prepared sliced champignong mushrooms.
Storage — Best if used within 18 months. Store tightly sealed in a dry location away from sunlight.
